A new ia64 kernel patch is now available at

 ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/ports/ia64/

in file linux-2.5.64-ia64-030307.diff.gz.

This kernel seems to work fine on the Ski simulator and HP zx1-based
machines; the sync with 2.5.64 was reasonably straight-forward though,
so I don't expect any problems on other machines (famous last
words...).
