From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz Subject: [PATCH 8/15] ide-cd: fix register loading order in cdrom_start_packet_command() Date: Wed, 31 Oct 2007 00:29:09 +0100 Message-ID: <200710310029.09936.bzolnier@gmail.com> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Return-path: Received: from nf-out-0910.google.com ([64.233.182.189]:45804 "EHLO nf-out-0910.google.com" rhost-flags-OK-OK-OK-OK) by vger.kernel.org with ESMTP id S1752797AbXJ3Xu0 (ORCPT ); Tue, 30 Oct 2007 19:50:26 -0400 Received: by nf-out-0910.google.com with SMTP id g13so1788146nfb for ; Tue, 30 Oct 2007 16:50:25 -0700 (PDT) Content-Disposition: inline Sender: linux-ide-owner@vger.kernel.org List-Id: linux-ide@vger.kernel.org To: linux-ide@vger.kernel.org Load IDE_CONTROL_REG before other registers in cdrom_start_packet_command(). It shouldn't affect anything (just a usual paranoia to separate changes which change the way in which hardware is accessed from code cleanups). While at it move misplaced FIXME comment in the right place.
