Following files don't need <linux/hdreg.h> at all:

- arch/mips/jazz/setup.c
- arch/sh/boards/renesas/systemh/irq.c
- drivers/macintosh/mediabay.c
- drivers/scsi/hptiop.c
- drivers/usb/storage/freecom.c
- include/asm-powerpc/ide.h
- init/main.c
