[PATCH] Drivers: ide: Remove typedef atiixp_ide_timing

The Linux kernel coding style guidelines suggest not using typedefs
for structure types. This patch gets rid of the typedef for
atiixp_ide_timing.

The following Coccinelle semantic patch detects the case:
