I don`t see Open Source.
Please ask for a true Open Source driver or buy another controller.
Binary drivers doesnŽt fit to Linux kernel development model.
See http://www.aquezada.com/staff/julian/journal/?p=156 for example.
There seems to be support for that card in sata_mv driver ( http://cateee.net/lkddb/web-lkddb/SATA_MV.html ), but i donŽt know if it`s worth a try.
