So s-ata controller does p-ata emulation legacy. It seems to use ata_piix. Some errors occurs in dmesg, see bellow. But everything seems to work fine with it. No ext3 issues. On the other hand, the I/O is very low (4.2 MB/s) in comparison to ahci. Maybe this can give us a hint for problems in ahci and 64-bit dma.
