Subject: [PATCH 1/1] IDE: Deletion of an unnecessary check before the function call "module_put"
Date: Fri, 21 Nov 2014 20:26:29 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <546F91E5.60104@users.sourceforge.net> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <5317A59D.4@users.sourceforge.net>

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@users.sourceforge.net>
Date: Fri, 21 Nov 2014 20:22:32 +0100

The module_put() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then
returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
