For IIO at least (and I've never come across a subsystem that asks for the
style you have here) don't send new versions in reply to older ones.
It gets too complex if there is a lot of feedback and generally pushes
your patches many screens up from the most recent in potential reviewers
inboxes. So you'll probably get fewer reviews.
