Add support for DragonRise Inc. gamepad with USB PID 0x0011 by fixing its report
descriptor. This mainly removes spurious axis.

These three patches add support for DragonRise Inc. USB PID 0x0011 gamepad.
This version is based on recent Linus' master (namely bffb276) and is using
single file for both generic and force feedback support.

Rename drivers/hid/hid-drff.c (a DragonRise Inc. force feedback gamepad driver)
to driver/hid/hid-dr.c.

This prepares it for addition of support for another gamepad, without force
feedback.

Add support for DragonRise Inc. gamepad with USB PID 0x0011 by fixing its report
descriptor. This mainly removes spurious axis.
