Hi
  I want make those three characters work in keyboard.
I change the defkeymap.map like[1]. 
but it's not work. Since I am a Chinese. never use the
euro keyboard. give me some tips.

part of defkeymap.map:
keycode  30 = a
        altgr   keycode  30 = F100
keycode  31 = s
        altgr   keycode  31 = F101
keycode  32 = d
        altgr   keycode  32 = F102
...
string F100 = "°"
string F101 = "¨"
string F102 = "€"

Use unicode notation:

altgr   keycode  30 = U+nnnn

where nnnn is UTF-8 code.

it's work now. the value is form [1]

 keycode  30 = a
+       altgr   keycode  30 = U+00B0
 keycode  31 = s               
+       altgr   keycode  31 = U+00A8
 keycode  32 = d
+       altgr   keycode  32 = U+20AC
