Please do:
- enable i8042 debug (echo 1 > /sys/module/i8042/parameters/debug)
- rmmod psmouse;
- suspend/resume;
- collect dmesg;
- suspend/resume;
- collect dmesg again
and we'll have to try and find what we do differently.
