Add initial support for MSM8952 SoC.

AI help is used for calculating qfprom nodes.

Downstream reference for port is [1] which
is very lightly modified version of [2].

Downstream reference used to calculate qfprom: [3]

Currently supported features in this port:
- Internal Storage support
- MDSS
- Basic Adsp remote proc support
- Blsp 1 and 2 with i2c exists on shamrock device
- Tsens support
- USB
- RPM with mpm (not fully wired) and master-stats support
