I've done that, corrected a tiny slip in the comment of patch 3 (x86_64
has VTD_PAGE_SIZE == PAGE_SIZE but IA64 doesn't), and pushed it out to
the intel-iommu.git tree.

We can optimise the for_each_possible_cpu magazine allocations later,
if we need to.
