With unsafe DMA noiommu mode, the vfio devices are prefixed with
noiommu-, e.g.
/dev/vfio/
|-- devices
| `-- noiommu-vfio0
|-- noiommu-0
`-- vfio
Let vfio tests, such as luo kexec test, accommodate the noiommu device
files.
