You might be interested to know about the publication of the latest
Virtual Open Systems technical guide. It is a step by step guide to
enable KVM on Samsung's ARM Chromebook, allowing the usage of multiple
popular operating systems (ChromeOS, Ubuntu, Android). Specific
patches have been adressed by Virtual Open Systems engineers to allow
booting the KVM on this hardware target.
