[PATCH 15/18] iommu: tegra-smmu: use __GFP_ZERO to allocate zeroed pages

Rather than explicitly zeroing pages allocated via alloc_page(), add
__GFP_ZERO to the gfp mask to ask the allocator for zeroed pages.
