Or maybe just test "__ffs(domain->pgsize_bitmap) > PAGE_SHIFT", or 
perhaps even avoid shifts altogether with something like 
"domain->pgsize_bitmap & (PAGE_SIZE | PAGE_SIZE - 1)".
