Subject: [PATCH 05/27] selftests/landlock: Fix the openat() success check in fs_bench
Date: Thu, 8 Oct 2026 16:25:34 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20261008142604.39107-7-gnoack3000@gmail.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20261008142604.39107-2-gnoack3000@gmail.com>
fs_bench expects openat() to be denied when Landlock is enabled, but
only treats a returned FD of 0 as success. Any other valid FD falls
through to the errno check, which then reports a stale errno value.
Check for any non-negative FD instead.
