Well, buildroot has it.

Did you find the 'setdate' utility? It is in 'testing/selftests/' not in
'tools/'.

But yeah, rtc-tools could get a wider audience. Packaging for Debian?
Moving them into the kernel tree? Alexandre's call, I guess.
