[PATCH 08/13] leds: Replace ARCH_KIRKWOOD dependency

mach-kirkwood has been removed, now that kirkwood SoC lives in
mach-mvebu. Use MACH_KIRKWOOD which will be set when kirkwood is built
as part of mach-mvebu.
