Try setting hosttags - see man lvm.conf.

lvchange --addtag host1 vg1/lv1
lvchange -ay vg1/lv1

lvchange -an vg1/lv1
lvchange --addtag host2 vg1/lv1
lvchange -ay vg1/lv1
