Subject: where would I send request for man-page fixes?

In "man cal", I have found:

The Gregorian Reformation is assumed to have occurred in 1752 on the
3rd
of September. By this time, most countries had recognized the reforma-
tion (although a few did not recognize it until the early 1900's.) Ten
days following that date were eliminated by the reformation, so the
cal-
endar for that month is a bit unusual.

I am making a couple of changes (noticing that the 1-time change in 1752 was
to eliminate ELEVEN, not ten, days):

The Gregorian Reformation is assumed to have occurred in 1752 on the
3rd
of September. By this time, most countries had recognized the reforma-
tion (although a few did not recognize it until the early 1900's).
Eleven
days following that date were eliminated by the reformation, so the
cal-
endar for that month is a bit unusual.

(I also interchanged right parenthesis and period.)

There is no cal manpages in manpages-linux project.

On my (Debian) system, cal is provided by package bsdmainutils (and not manpages).

You may contact the author of the cal manpage:

The ncal command and manual were written by Wolfgang Helbig ⟨helbig-HZy0K5TPuP5AfugRpC6u6w@public.gmane.org⟩.
