bootparam.7 inconsistent use of quotes

Hi Michael,

I want to correct a simple FIXME in bootparam.7 : 

   The use of quotes on this page is inconsistent
   with the rest of man-pages.

What do you mean exactly by inconsistent ?
Have you some examples of good use of quote please ?

It's been long enough now since I added this FIXME that I no longer
recall the details. I just went back and looked at the page. I'm no
longer conversed there's any serious problem. I'll remove that FIXME.
