No NOTES section in snprintf(3)

Hello,

the manual page of snprintf() — 
https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man3/snprintf.3.html contains:

DESCRIPTION …  See NOTES.
RETURN VALUE … (See also below under NOTES.)

There are no “NOTES” in that manual page.

The manual page likely means CAVEATS instead of NOTES (or vice versa), 
as there is a CAVEATS section.


Moreover https://man7.org/mtk/contact.html contains “NOTE: to make a 
man-pages bug report, email linux-man@vger.kernel.org.”  where 
“man-pages bug report” is a hyperlink to 
https://www.kernel.org/doc/man-pages/reporting_bugs.html .

That page https://www.kernel.org/doc/man-pages/reporting_bugs.html does 
not exist.

Yep, the section was renamed to CAVEATS in
4131356cd ("man*/, man-pages.7: VERSIONS, STANDARDS, HISTORY: Reorganize sections")

I've fixed that:

Please report the broken link to Michael Kerrisk <mtk@man7.org>, and ask
him to link to
<https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/docs/man-pages/man-pages.git/tree/CONTRIBUTING>
instead.

Do _not_ CC linux-man@ in that mail, please.

I've been reducing duplicate stuff in the website and keeping the
information only in the git repository.
