Without further ado, the following was found:

Issue:    (B<mq_notify>(3)) → B<mq_notify>(3))

"If the calling process has attached a notification request (see "
"(B<mq_notify>(3))  to this message queue via I<mqdes>, then this request is "
"removed, and another process can now attach a notification request."
