[PATCH] termios.3: ATTRIBUTES: Note functions that are thread-safe

The functions tcgetattr(), tcsetattr(), tcsendbreak(),
tcdrain(), tcflush(), tcflow(), cfmakeraw(), cfgetispeed(),
cfgetospeed(), cfsetispeed(), cfsetospeed() and cfsetspeed()
are thread safe.
