The manpage did not mention RB_POWER_OFF which is the glibc symbolic name
for LINUX_REBOOT_CMD_POWER_OFF.

When reboot() is called with LINUX_REBOOT_SW_SUSPEND and CONFIG_HIBERNATION
is set, the hibernation process will be called.
E.g kernel/reboot.c contains:
