[PATCH] madvise.2: update the description for MADV_REMOVE

[Wang Sheng-Hui]

Currently we have more filesystems supporting fallcate, e.g ext4/btrfs,
which can response to MADV_REMOVE gracefully.

Update the MADV_REMOVE description.
