Yes, I will clarify it.
When calling iconv() as iconv(cd, inbuf, ...) and iconv(cd, NULL, ...)
in multiple threads simultaneously, Segmentation fault may occur.
So, I think the glibc's level "MT-Safe race:cd" is good.
