This looks like an issue in the software that produces the files you're
reading.  The hard word wraps are not present in the source code, and
the manual page reads just fine when formatted.

Thanks. This would be po4a. I reported similar issues in the past,
however, po4a has not yet handled these reports[1].

Once this bugs is resolved, I can revisit if this has also resolved
this issue.
