You probably have an old version of the manual page. The current manual
page documents POSIX.1-2024:

	$ man -w reallocarray \
		| MANWIDTH=64 xargs mansectf STANDARDS \
		| head -n11;
	malloc(3)           Library Functions Manual          malloc(3)

	STANDARDS
	     malloc()
	     free()
	     calloc()
	     realloc()
		    C23, POSIX.1‐2024.

	     reallocarray()
		    POSIX.1‐2024.

This was documented in
b9ebd195 (2025-07-20; "man/man3/malloc.3: STANDARDS, HISTORY, BUGS: Clarify (non)conformance of realloc{,array}(3)").

That commit was part of man-pages-6.15:

	$ git describe --contains b9ebd195
	man-pages-6.15~1

Which was released 10 months ago:

	tag man-pages-6.15
