Here are the most prevalent causes of Outlook Not Receiving Emails issue. Your
machine may be experiencing a network connectivity issue. Incoming emails are
sometimes blocked by system components such as antivirus and firewall. One
reason is that incoming emails are sent to the spam folder rather than the
inbox.
A problem with Outlook synchronization could possibly be the cause. This error
is caused by incorrect email credentials or configuration information. Malware
has attacked the machine, causing Outlook data to be corrupted.
