Looks like the server that hosts the af9015 firmware download is down. 
Every link for the dvb-usb-af9015.fw file points to this address:

http://www.otit.fi/~crope/v4l-dvb/af9015/af9015_firmware_cutter/firmware_files/4.95.0/dvb-usb-af9015.fw

With no sign of life at all from otit.fi, is there anywhere else to get
the firmware file?

There maintenance break today, it will go over shortly.
