Ok. In that case I guess I can help a little.

I own five different DVB-T USB devices and depending on your priorities
I'd recommend

* For areas with weak reception: Fujitsu-Siemens DVB-T Mobile TV Tuner 
  (not the new "slim" version but the old clunky one)

* For USB 1.1 compatibility: Toshiba USB DVB-T Tuner PX1211E-1TVD
  (also sold under a lot of other names)

* For features and looks: TerraTec Cinergy XXS

Naturally my experience is limited to the devices I own and other devices
may be far better.
