Fix completely broken mute handling radio-sf16fmi.
The sound was muted immediately after tuning in KRadio.
Also fix typos and add SF16-FMP to the texts.

I recommend to wait a bit more. You seems jumped directly to
time when maintainers are busy with 2.6.32 release. Mauro
usually answers asap.
