I have a Compro E700 that is using electricity to no useful purpose. I
am new to linux but I would like to help. You ask for information. This

Unfortunately, all I have been able to find indicates that at the moment, no
PCIe tv tuner cards are supported under linux. (and not the E700 either)

There are no DVB-T PCIe cards currently supported, but there are indeed
PCIe tuner cards supported; see ATSC PCIe devices for example.
