multiproto: fix ATSC conversion in olddrv_to_newapi

In olddrv_to_newapi() the ATSC modulation conversion used newmod_to_oldmod()
instead of the correct oldmod_to_newmod(). Fix it.

It has been some 1,5 months since I posted my patches. They haven't yet
been applied to multiproto tree or commented on by devs, maybe they were
missed (or I wasn't aware of some procedure)?
