Last time I was told thunderbird messed up inline patches and I should also
attach them.  looks like that problem has been fixed.  the other issues.. er..
yeah, I remember reading those, and realizing after I had sent that I may not
have done it right.

I am taking notes targeted at someone like me who is submitting patches to the
list (as opposed to having a repo that can be pulled from.)  Would
