i'm trying to read linuxtv.org/v4lwiki or www.linuxtv.org/wiki but i keep getting this!

...i wasn't trying to upload a file, just trying to view a diagram.

I have no idea why you would be getting that.  Everything is working
fine.  Perhaps it was a brief glich.

Top right of screen > Log in / create account .... but you certainly
don't need an account just to view pics and information.
