The information that you'd want to supply, under other circumstances, is "lspci -vnn", as it provides, amongst other things, the subsystem ID information for your device. In any regard, given that there is no driver for either of those ICs, such information is at this point in time not particularly germane. > I've been messing with this issue for the past couple of weeks, with no > luck. ViXS has been advertising for a Linux kernel driver developer for a while, so perhaps there is some hope on that front. You could always enquire directly with them as to what their intentions are in regards to Linux. AFAIK, there has been no word from AMD in regards to Linux and the 550 & 650 components. Given the tougher economic climate, I can't see them initiating something like they have for their GPUs. Though perhaps they would be open something less formal. Again, you could enquire directly with them. The more people who bug them, the more they might consider something -- video4linux-list mailing list Unsubscribe mailto:video4linux-list-request@redhat.com?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/video4linux-list
