I want to try to use TV card/USB for diferent purpose. The target device is UTV330+ I think this device is "non radio" capable. But the Frequency range that it covered is what attract me. So ... If I tune this device to .. let's say some amateur radio VHF channel, what will happen ? They are transmiting voice only in FM. Will I be able to hear their voice ? Sincerely -bino-
