Hi, please note that this mailing list is pretty much deprecated in
favour of the Linux-Media Mailing List (LMML) -- many key individuals
have already left the building (i.e. unsubscribed and participate only
on LMML nowadays).

Anyway, in answer to your question:
* from the command line, type "man v4l"
