Hi

I'm having a problem with the s2-liplianin drivers (and vdr-1.7.15) and my
TT-1500/TT-2300 cards. I've also tried the bundled dvb drivers in Fedora
13 2.6.32 kernel with the same results.

Problem is, when I tune to any channel in VDR I get 2-3 seconds of live TV
and then vdr reports the TS thread ended and "SetPlayMode: 0".

When I run vdr-1.6.0 and v4l-dvb drivers, I have no problems.

Can someone please tell me how to test this outside of VDR? How do I zap
and receive a channel, which has to go through the CAM?

My CI logs look like this:

Thought it might be an option, but I can't get Kaffeine to work with my
CI/CAM.

It scans all the channels but won't give a liveTV picture. All channels are
scrambled - I thought this worked in Kaffeine now?

Hello Guys,

I have been using my TeVii S470 DVBS2 card for about one month . I am
using it with mythtv on fedora 12 using latest kernel , and compiled the
latest v4l drivers . The sensitivity and picture is very good both on
dvbs and dvbs2 transponders , very happy with that . However several
times already when trying to watch live tv on myth the channel failed to
tune . Usually happens in the morning after box was running 24x7 for a
few days . The only way to restore functionality is to do a power off
and wait a couple of mins . If I just do a reboot , this does not help .
Strange thing is that I see nothing in the mythtv logs or dmesg or
messages log . When the card is in this no-lock state , it will not tune
into any channel even when I run scandvb . After power off everything
works again for a few more days . Any info welcome .

Best Regards

Milorad
