rtl2832u.c is "GPL'ed";
Linked tuners are NOT "GPL'ed"!
Also There Are SOME of them(tuners) already in the v4l-dvb tree.
But NOT ones bundled with 'dvb-usb-rtl2832u.ko'
Major Bummer!
