gspca maintenance handover

Hi Mauro,

I was glad and proud to work for 4 years in the Linux media team, but,
now, I am a bit weary of webcams!

I proposed to Hans de Goede to take the maintenance of gspca. He
perfectly knows the code and does a good work. The driver will be in
safe hands.

Anyway, I will not fully give up. I will stay in the list and help if
any problem.

Thank you for all your good work among those 4 years! You did a great job
with gspca, integrating it upstream and maintaining it along this time.

While it is a bad news that you're not so focused on webcam anymore, it
is great to know that Hans accepted the job of maintaining the drivers.

Could you please write a patch changing the corresponding entries at
MAINTAINERS file?

I was about to write pretty much the same, but instead of repeating
everything Mauro said I'll just say: +1

And I promise I'll take really good care of gspca!
