My DVB-T receiver does not gie fluid image after a reboot. After replug it
works OK
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
a) I plugin my DVB-T receiver in a running arch-linux system
b) In one terminal run $ tzap -r 'Nederland 1'
c) In another terminal run $ mplayer /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 Now TV looks
perfectly fluid.
d) reboot the system
e) watch the URP submit failed message in dmesg:

It does not resolve DiB0700 driver issue even you get it compile as
there is no that driver. You can still copy paste changes and test if
you wish.
