Hi Mauro,

Please pull from my tree for 5 small gspca fixes. Note one of them only adds a usb-id
it would be good to add this one to your 3.14-fixes tree too.

The following changes since commit 37e59f876bc710d67a30b660826a5e83e07101ce:
