applied only if the VSP is uninitialized. How about

The pipeline state is set to VSP1_PIPELINE_STOPPED at the end of every frame
in vsp1_video_pipeline_frame_end(). Do you really want to fully reconfigure
the hardware for every frame ?

Why do we preallocate three bodies here, don't we need just one ?
