This should be split in two patches, with the changes to
drivers/media/v4l2-core/v4l2-ctrls-defs.c and
include/uapi/linux/v4l2-controls.h bundled with the documentation change
from patch 2/2. A second patch should then implement support for this
control in the ov5675 driver.
