[PATCH] Documentation: media: vidioc-g-ext-ctrls: clarify try/set behavior

It was not clearly stated in the documentation that calling
VIDIOC_S_EXT_CTRLS implies an internal VIDIOC_TRY_EXT_CTRLS
call.

Clarify this.
